Meet Your Instructor:
At four, Daniel was diagnosed learning disabled. In school, he battled depression, anxiety and hopelessness. At 15, he was fired from his first job for lack of motivation. In an attempt to help him, his parents bought him his own exercise equipment to give him an outlet. Daniel quickly fell in love with fitness and knew he wanted to pursue it as a career.
In 2011, Daniel Stein felt called to train children, adolescents, and adults with special needs. With certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT) and becoming a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, Daniel specializes in health and fitness for the special needs population.
In 2016, Daniel and his wife, Trinity, started Special Strong. The Special Strong Certification helps service providers and others learn effective techniques for meltdown management, motivation, challenge behaviors and more.
