Description
Mobility and flexibility are essential components of fitness. As most athletes incorporate stretching into their workout routines, it is even more critical for our clients with disabilities to focus on these skills specifically.
As an adaptive trainer, you’ll encounter individuals with diverse disabilities who often display mobility challenges. Through targeted exercises, we can effectively address these issues, decrease the severity, and even prevent new or worsening mobility issues. While stretching approaches may differ for people with disabilities compared to traditional methods, it’s significance remains paramount, often enabling individuals to maintain safe and successful performance in daily activities.
