Tony has been training people since he was 14 years old. When he joined the Army this did not change. He has trained dozens of soldiers to ensure they are ready for the challenges they face. He created HILT Fitness and Nutrition in 2017 to put a name to his programming. He is certified through NASM, ISSA, and NESTA in several aspects of fitness which allows him to truly develop a solid program for his clients.
